- 1/2 packet Dream Greens Baby Arugula
- 1 large pear, chopped (bartlett or any sweet variety)
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoon ginger, peeled and freshly grated
- 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
- dash himalayan sea salt
- honey or preferred sweetener to taste
1. Whisk Matcha and warm water until evenly dissolved.
1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend for 30-45 seconds or until smooth.
2. Add honey or preferred sweetener to taste.
