Orange, Pomegranate, & Pistachio Salad

Even if it’s not the middle of winter, we can always use a little immune boost. Even the dressing for this salad is packed with antioxidants and vitamin C. Sweet, tangy, spicy, crunchy … is it possible this salad has everything?

INGREDIENTS CHECKLIST
  • 1 packet Dream Greens Baby Watercress
  • 1 cup oranges or citrus of choice, peeled and sectioned
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, shelled
INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Toss with dressing (instructions below).
3. Serve and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS CHECKLIST
  • 2 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoon pomegranate juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • sat and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine all ingredients except avocado oil.
2. Whisk in oil to emulsify.
