Kale & Apple All-the-time Smoothie

Smoothies don’t always have to be a full meal, but with the plant -based protein power of hemp hearts, this one is! Try out this easy green smoothie for a bright, energizing and satisfying start to the day.

INGREDIENTS CHECKLIST
  • 1/2 packet Dream Greens Baby Kale
  • 1 cup green apple, chopped and peeled
  • 1/3 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 2 cup unsweetened green tea or water
  • 2 teaspoon hemp hearts
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • honey or desired sweetener to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine all chilled ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend for 30-45 seconds or until smooth.
2. Serve and enjoy!
